Mango Pineapple Frozen Yogurt

Mango and pineapple are both tropical flavors, therefore they make an excellent team in transforming this dessert into an unique, delicious experience for your taste buds.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh pineapple cubes

1 ripe mango, cubed

2 cups strained plain yogurt

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

Combine the pineapple cubes, mango, sugar, lime juice and zest in a blender and pulse until smooth and well blended. Stir in the yogurt and heavy cream then transfer the mixture into your ice cream maker. Freeze the yogurt according to the instructions of your machine. If you don't plan to serve it right away, you can store it in an airtight container in the freezer for as long as it takes.
